Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance may be forfeited at seg77's discretion. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach — such as at the Player's own request — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
